The City of Casey recently piloted a new approach to workplace design for their municipal offices. The site saw Council staff working in a new environment with a contemporary approach to office workstations, office technology and collaborative workspaces. Studio Binocular developed an identity for the site and all of the assiciated signage to help staff understand the new environment.
This innovative style of working – where staff choose the right technology and space to improve their productivity – and the associated behaviour change communications have helped to reduce storage by 41%, reduce desk space by 24% and reduce paper and stationery use by $200,000.
